**About the role**:
The purpose of this position is to provide support across the business on all matters concerning Internal Controls Framework. You will be part of a team that ensures controls remain robust and resilient to the changing environment in which they operate.

**Key responsibilities**:

- You will design and deliver checklist/control updates and new procedures in response to areas such as changes in regulation/legislation, feedback from the business and new risks / incidents identified.
- You will work proactively with key stakeholders to help drive measurable improvements against areas identified in the reviews, to include specific training and development needs.
- Work with project teams to provide advice on the controls to be implemented as a result of technology changes.

**Skills**:

- 1-2 years work experience in an internal controls / quality assurance / internal audit role.
- Degree educated.
- Fluent English.
- Strong internal and external communication and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to meet deadlines and proactively identify and deal with problems
