The Property & Workplace department provides premises and office services including management and maintenance of the firm’s property portfolio and business support services.

**Key responsibilities**:
Greeting clients and visitors

Managing calls and messages

Implementing Health and Safety policy

Booking and setting up rooms and video conferences

Handling inquiries from clients and visitors

Coordinating catering and equipment setup

Managing travel bookings and parking

Assisting with furniture setup

Reporting cleaning and maintenance tasks

Supporting the Property & Workplace Team

Previous proven experience in a similar role in a fast pace corporate environment (Big 4, law firm, startup)

Able to communicate fluently in French and English

Proficient in the use of Microsoft office software packages ideally with experience of operating a room booking system and setting up audio visual and IT equipment

Polite, professional, friendly & smartly presented

Enthusiastic with a ‘can do’ attitude

Able to demonstrate flexibility, initiative, energy and committed approach to the work
