**The POSITION **|**About you**: We are looking for an enthusiastic and talented Communications Manager who enjoys actively contributing to an entrepreneurial company with the goal of advancing Fintech. Your main responsibilities will include creating and updating marketing and communications materials, producing social media and digital content, and implementing target group-specific marketing concepts. Brand ambassadorship and monitoring are also part of your mission. - Proactively manage day-to-day communication activities
- Develop and implement marketing concepts and implement various measures for target group-specific, integrated communication along our marketing funnels
- Continuously update online presences such as the website(s) and newsletter(s) and take measures to increase visibility and website traffic
- Create engaging social media and digital content in line with the defined marketing strategy and maintain our social media channels
- Organise high-level events and contribute to the successful participation in partner events

What we expect from you _**:

- (Very) Good knowledge of English - German and/or French are considered an advantage
- Goal-oriented and reliable organisation talent with a high degree of autonomy and excellent communication skills
- Minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in the conception and implementation of marketing and communication campaigns
- Advanced knowledge of LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, and other social media platforms
- You combine a strong sense of creativity, high curiosity and analytical thinking
- Strong interest in the FinTech sector, for digital innovation and/or new technologies
- A completed Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, e.g., in communication, marketing or event management
- Proven experience with graphic design using Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Canva etc. would be a strong plus
