Pour renforcer notre équipe, nous recrutons un **Legal and Compliance Officer**

Le poste comprend les tâches suivantes:

- Assurer la fonction de conformité de l'entreprise (KYC, on-boarding), soutenir d'autres tâches de conformité (AML, GDPR) et le suivi des procédures de diligence raisonnable.
- Soutenir la mise en place des politiques de conformité interne et la gouvernance des entreprises
- Maintenir, archiver et mettre à jour les documents de l'entreprise (accords, procès-verbaux des réunions de l'AG et du CA, registre des actionnaires, RBE, politiques de l'entreprise).
- Participer à des projets juridiques ponctuels.
- Être en relation directe avec les tiers (banquiers, comptables, clercs de notaire, ministères & prestataires de services).
- Assurer les activités de secrétariat d'entreprise.

To strengthen our team, we are recruiting a Legal and Compliance Officer

The position includes the following tasks:

- Ensuring the company's compliance function (KYC, on-boarding), supporting other compliance tasks (AML, GDPR) and monitoring due diligence procedures.
- Support the implementation of internal compliance policies and corporate governance
- Maintain, archive, and update corporate documents (agreements, minutes of AGM and BOD meetings, shareholder register, GDPR, corporate policies).
- Participate in ad hoc legal projects
- Liaise directly with third parties (bankers, accountants, notaries, government departments & service providers).
- Performing company secretarial activities.
