In this context of growth, we are currently recruiting for an **internship contract of 6 months** to start as soon as possible in the **Risk & Business Management team.**

Your main duties and responsibilities consist of providing support in_**_:_**
- Production of critical management reports for UCITS and AIFs funds.
- Production and analysis of reports on activities of Waystone’s clients covering fund evolution, risk, compliance, regulatory matters, third parties and delegates oversight and corporate governance.
- Reporting using excel, related to the UCITS and AIFs funds (regulatory, management reporting, logs etc.
- Log and follow up of investment breaches, operational incidents, client’s dissatisfactions issues raised in audited reports, NAV errors
- Assist with collection and distribution of data for auditors.
- Procedure write-up and amendment.
- Information collection (status of projects, requests, processes, etc).
- Administrative and ad-hoc tasks (e.g. clean-up of lists in systems (e.g. SharePoint), preparation of report packs for due diligences on MDO, chasing signatures.
- Be open to sharing ideas and improvement of processes or opinions on various aspects of your tasks.

Your Profile_**
- Have a degree in Banking and Finance or in Business Administration. Have or working towards a Master of Science in Wealth management (or corresponding experience) is advantageous.
- Have a strong command of English.
- Have a very good excel knowledge (VBA is an advantage).
- You are a team player who understand the importance of flexibility and communication adaptability at all levels.
