Offre d'emploi : Chief Financial Officer (H/F)
- En tant que Directeur Financier, vous serez responsable de superviser et coordonner la gestion financière, comptable, budgétaire et fiscale. Vous jouerez un rôle clé dans le reporting à la direction du groupe. De plus, vous apporterez une assistance précieuse dans les aspects juridiques et réglementaires de l'entreprise.

Missions Principales:

- Gestion du flux de trésorerie : coordination avec les achats, la facturation client et le financement des investissements
- Préparation et analyse périodique des données comptables et financières avec stocks et encours
- Relations avec les fiduciaires, les réviseurs, les organismes financiers, les assureurs et les notaires
- Établissement des plans d'affaires annuels pour les différentes entités juridiques
- Préparation et négociation des contrats clients et de leurs garanties
- Développement des systèmes d'information

Compétences & Qualifications:

- Master en comptabilité, ou domaine connexe.
- 5 ans d'expérience minimum
- Maitrise des réglementations belges et luxembourgeoises
- Parler Français, anglais et néerlandais
- Être flexible et autonome
