Notre client est un cabinet d'avocats international basé à Luxembourg. Ce cabinet, très réputé sur la place, met tout en œuvre pour offrir des services de très haute qualité à ses clients. Le bureau luxembourgeois est composé de plus de 200 personnes, salariés et indépendant confondus.

**Description de fonction**
Dans le cadre d’une réorganisation en interne, Select a été mandaté pour recruter un « HR Business Partner ».

Vous rejoindrez le département des Ressources Humaines et jouerez un rôle crucial au sein d’une équipe de 10 personnes. Evoluant dans un environnement dynamique, vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec un autre HRBP et gérerez une population d’avocats indépendants.

Rapportant directement à la DRH de la structure, votre activité principale sera notamment la gestion de carrières. Vous serez impliqué dans différents projets tels que:

- Participation à l'élaboration des stratégies et politiques internes ;
- Gestion des KPI ;
- Évaluation des besoins en recrutement ;
- Participation aux processus d’embauche de nouveaux collaborateurs ;
- Intégration des nouveaux arrivants et suivi de l’onboarding ;
- Point de contact principal pour les avocats ;
- Gestion des carrières;
- Promotion du dialogue social et de l'engagement.

**Profil**
- Vous détenez un BAC+3/+5 en Ressources Humaines ;
- Vous justifiez d’une expérience pertinente d’environ 3 ans en gestion de carrière, idéalement en cabinet d'avocats ou en big4 ;
- Vous parlez couramment l'anglais **(obligatoire)** et le français ;
- Vous avez de solides connaissances en droit du travail luxembourgeois ;
- Vous êtes dynamique, proactif et possédez d’excellentes capacités de communication ;
- Vous appréciez le travail en équipe, tout en faisant preuve d’autonomie dans votre travail quotidien.

Vous bénéficierez d’un salaire compris entre
**60k€ et 90k€** (à négocier selon le profil), d’un bonus discrétionnaire, d’une mutuelle, ainsi que du remboursement d’une partie de vos frais de transport. Le télétravail est envisageable selon les dispositions légales en vigueur.
