We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst (m/w/d) to join our dynamic team in Luxembourg, Luxembourg. In this role, you will play a crucial part in bridging the gap between IT and the business, using data-driven insights to drive strategic decision-making and improve organisational processes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and document business requirements and processes
- Analyse complex business problems and develop innovative solutions to enhance operational efficiency
- Conduct thorough data analysis and create comprehensive reports to support decision-making
- Design and implement business process improvements, ensuring alignment with organisational goals
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and present findings to various audiences
- Develop and maintain detailed documentation, including process maps, use cases, and user stories
- Support the implementation of new systems and processes, ensuring smooth transitions and user adoption
- Monitor and evaluate implemented solutions, recommending improvements as needed
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to continually enhance business analysis techniques
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in business analysis or a similar role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail
- Proficiency in data analysis and visualisation tools such as Excel, Power BI, and Tableau
- Excellent knowledge of business process modelling techniques
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Experience in requirements gathering, documentation, and successful project delivery
- Familiarity with project management methodologies
- Solid understanding of business operations and processes across various functions
- Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in business analysis
- Professional certifications such as CBAP or IIBA-AAC are desirable
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being capable of independent work
- Fluency in English; knowledge of French or German would be an advantage
