To be based in our Luxembourg office (Kirchberg), we are looking for an:
**Intern - Lawyer Assistant**:
**Your role**:
- Helping the Lawyer assistants in their daily tasks:
- Calendar management : organisation of internal and external meetings, conference calls, etc;
- Preparation of Business Trips;
- Document management : mail, sending of documents (per registered mail, DHL,), filing, archiving;
- Assistance in the preparation of documents : PowerPoint presentation, formatting letters, reports, expense reports;
- Screening phone calls, enquiries and requests
- Helping on business tasks : matter creation, timesheet recording, drafting and reviewing of legal documents.
**Your profile**:
- You are student in secretarial studies and are looking for an internship as part of your studies;
- You are recognized for your organisation and rigour and are able to handle confidential information with discretion;
- You have excellent interpersonal skills, a service-oriented mindset and consider yourself as a team player;
- You speak French and have a good command of English. German would be considered an asset.
- You have an excellent command of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
