Ses principales responsabilités seront les suivantes
- Conseiller les clients sur toutes les questions bancaires et financières et sur les questions réglementaires ;
- Participer à une grande variété d'opérations financières telles que les prêts garantis, le financement d'acquisitions et de biens immobiliers, les arrangements de garanties financières, les émissions d'obligations et les cotations à la Bourse de Luxembourg, etc ;
- Initier, construire et maintenir des relations efficaces avec les clients ;
- Vous gérerez vos propres responsabilités financières, notamment l'enregistrement du temps, la facturation, l'encours et la dette, en veillant à ce que les clients soient pleinement informés des honoraires et des débours qui seront encourus pour chaque affaire.
Les autres responsabilités comprennent l'aide à l'orientation des nouveaux arrivants et des stagiaires, et le développement de relations solides avec les membres de l'équipe immédiate.
**Profile**
- Vous avez obtenu un diplôme de droit de troisième cycle, idéalement complété par un diplôme supplémentaire obtenu à l'étranger (LL.M ou diplôme d'école de commerce) ;
- Vous avez acquis une expérience significative dans le domaine bancaire et financier / corporate (3-4 ans d'expérience post qualification) idéalement dans un cabinet d'avocats de premier plan avec une exposition internationale ;
- Vous êtes admis au Barreau de Luxembourg ou dans une autre juridiction de l'UE, ou avez suivi ou êtes éligible pour suivre le CCDL ;
- Vous avez l'esprit d'équipe et souhaitez vous impliquer professionnellement dans un environnement international, avec la capacité de travailler efficacement en équipe et parfois sous pression ;
- Vous êtes autonome, dynamique, flexible, proactif, orienté vers le service et avez d'excellentes capacités de communication ;
- Vous avez une parfaite maîtrise de l'anglais et du français. Toute autre langue serait un atout.
