**About this vacancy**:
Nous recherchons un ingénieur système expérimenté pour rejoindre une équipe en charge des environnements Windows Server au sein d’un service de production informatique.

Gérer les activités quotidiennes (run) sur les environnements SCCM/MECM, SCOM et Windows Server.

Participer aux projets techniques en lien avec les systèmes Windows, la virtualisation et la cybersécurité.

Traiter les tickets de niveau 3 et assurer le support avancé.

Améliorer et fiabiliser les systèmes existants.

Rédiger les documentations techniques et assurer les transferts de connaissances, notamment auprès de l’équipe Endpoint.

**What we expect from you**:
Compétences techniques requises:

- Expertise SCCM / MECM en environnement de production.
- Maîtrise des systèmes Windows Server (2016 à 2025).
- Très bonne expertise PowerShell.
- Solides connaissances en packaging logiciel.
- Bonne maîtrise de SCOM.
- Connaissance des pratiques de sécurisation et de cybersécurité des environnements Microsoft.

Atouts complémentaires:

- Connaissances PatchMyPC.
- Connaissances réseau (DNS, Webproxy, Firewall).
- Expérience avec VMware.

Profil attendu:

- Expérience professionnelle de minimum 5 ans en entreprise.
- Très bon esprit d’analyse, sens de l’organisation, rigueur et autonomie.
- Capacité à gérer plusieurs tâches et à coordonner des travaux inter-équipes.
- Bonne communication, esprit d’équipe et respect des procédures.
- Maîtrise du français et de l’anglais (le luxembourgeois est un plus).
