**Capital Market Advisory & Sales - Fixed Income Specialist**

Servicing DB IPB Capital Market key clients by providing a holistic sales coverage with specialization in **Fixed Income.**

**Responsibilities**
- Pro-active and integral advisory & execution services for Capital Markets Direct Access Clients
- Providing comprehensive client service in regards to Capital Markets (market information, accounting etc.)
- Very close collaboration with the trading team
- Owning all CM related tasks of a client including credit risk calculations, position and collateral monitoring, oversight of bookings etc.
- The scope is Capital Markets sales with a major revenue impact for DB IPB

**Key Targets & Objectives of Role**
- Senior Fixed Income Specialist with the task to provide individual bond investment recommendations based on fundamental & relative value considerations. In addition the objective is to be a key-player in the Capital Markets sales team and Direct Access Clients. Providing a holistic, pro-active and service oriented client coverage. Owning all connected tasks like i.e. credit and risk management (being able to understand and calculate risk & collateral), position tracking and monitoring operational tasks. - Further developing relationships with clients by providing an extraordinary and value added service
- Objective is the analysis of global fixed income corporate markets, both, investment grade and high yield corporate bonds, to generate fixed income investment strategies
- Collaboration with RMs & IMs in establishing new Fixed Income trade ideas and review of existing client portfolios. Performing simulations and performance reviews of client portfolios

**Technical Skills**
- Banking / financial education
- Experience in bond markets and credit analysis is needed
- Profound Capital Markets knowledge incl. derivatives (Fixed Income, Equity, Listed Derivatives and Foreign Exchange)
- Ability to assess financial health of companies, both financials and non-financials (credit metrics analysis/relative value with sector peers).
- Excellent English a must. Other languages such as French, German, Spanish, and Arabic are beneficial
- Good knowledge of Bloomberg and Microsoft office programs

- Strong team player - willing and able to work under pressure, being able to prioritize tasks
- Works fast with utmost precision even under pressure
- Positive, outgoing and open-minded personality
- Is genuinely interested in financial markets and continually learning and staying ahead of new developments

**Essential Expertise**
- Profound Capital Markets knowledge
- Knowledge of fixed income capital markets and credit analysis is essential in order to review credit products such as bonds, loans and its derived products, with a focus on Emerging Markets issuers
- Fixed Income single line expert
- Strong communication skills (verbally and in written)
- Experienced with legal-, compliance
- and regulatory-requirements associated to the job
- Understands and asses all business and transaction related risks, including market-risks, credit-risks, operational-risks, and reputational-risks.

**Work environment**
- Trading floor atmosphere, close interaction with FI Trading desk for market colour reception. Daily interaction with clients (internal, external), broker community.
