Our client, a growing financial services company, is looking for a Senior Manager to join their management team, focusing on the position of Corporate Services. The role focuses on leading a team tasked with managing a portfolio of clients and will encompass risk management, compliance, client service management and business development.

Job description:
- Managing the corporate services operations across Luxembourg, ensuring timely and effective delivery for clients with complex alternative investment structures
- Managing large teams of client service managers, account managers, finance professionals etc. within the Corporate Services team, ensuring development and training
- Promoting the company to new clients and maintaining existing client relationships, and business development
- Acting as Director for client companies
- Managing financials and increase profitability
- Implementing a strong quality control framework, ensuring identification of risks, taking responsibility for internal audit and compliance reports
- Monitoring the regulatory environment to identify changes and ensuring adherence to these
- Acting as company representative to local authorities etc.
- Negotiating fees with key clients across Europe
- Collaborating with the business development team in developing a sales strategy and business plan
- Developing and maintaining operational processes and procedures and driving improvements
- University degree in Finance, Law, Economics, Accounting or related field
- A professional qualification (ICSA, ACA, ACCA) is preferred
- 10-20 years’ experience in financial services, ideally in a Legal or Corporate Services role
- Strong knowledge of Luxembourg laws and regulations
- Good understanding of corporate transactions, incorporations, liquidations etc.
- Possession of a good network of industry contacts
- Solid track record of operational management
- Fluent written and spoken English
- Strong staff management experience (6+ years)
- Experience in regulated and unregulated fund structures
