MISSION PRINCIPALE

Vous apportez de manière proactive une assistance commerciale et administrative aux Private Bankers de l’équipe UHNWI afin de servir le client avec excellence.

ACTIVITES
- Vous avez une culture centrée sur le client et vous êtes proactif. Vous maîtrisez et exécutez l’ensemble des tâches administratives et opérationnelles liées à l’activité financière des clients dans le respect des procédures et délais. Vous veillez à ce que les comptes des clients soient en ordre en termes de reporting tant en interne qu’en externe.
- Vous assistez les Private Bankers dans leurs activités de business développement (en stricte concordance avec le corpus règlementaire, les règles et les procédures de la Banque et les directives internes), vous organisez et préparez les rendez-vous clients / prospects.
- Vous partagez en équipe votre expérience et vous participez aux projets de développement du Front Office de la Banque. Vous suivez et validez les formations internes et externes obligatoires et restez informé en continu des sujets qui ont un impact direct ou indirect sur la gestion et le suivi des comptes clients.

PROFIL
- Niveau Master en gestion, finance, administration des affaires
- Expérience de minimum trois ans requise dans un poste similaire dans un organisme financier
- Rigoureux, dynamique et proactif, systématique et organisé, vous possédez de très bonnes capacités relationnelles
- Esprit d’équipe, flexibilité, discrétion, autonomie, motivation et résistance au stress
- La maîtrise de l’anglais et du français, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit, est indispensable.
