CTG IT Solutions is an IT Services Company dedicated to European Institutions. We are currently hiring a Project Manager, to join the multicultural team of a prestigious European Institution in Luxembourg.
Your Missions
You manage projects from the development of the project charter to the completion of all activities
You make proposals for project strategies, planning, definition of tasks and deliverables
You guide the team in charge of project activities and review their deliverables, follow-up project execution
You participate in functional working groups and progress meetings
You prepare and maintain project and quality plans, track activities against the plan, and provide regular and accurate reports.
You estimate costs, timescales and resource requirements for the successful completion of each project in adherence to the agreed terms of reference
You monitor results including costs, timescales and resources used, and take action where these deviate from agreed tolerances.
You provide effective leadership for the project team ensuring that team members are motivated and constantly develop their skills and experience
**Profile**:
You have at least 4 years / 8 years of relevant professional experience
You have a good level in French and in English, additional languages represent an asset
You have a Master's degree
You are experienced with Project Management
You have excellent knowledge of Project Management Tools and Methodology
You have practical experience in reporting to Steering Committees with representatives from the high management
You are a team player who likes to work in an international environment
You have excellent organisational skills
