Key Responsabilities:
Code Delivery Management:
Jira Ticket Management:

- Oversee the day-to-day follow-up of Jira tickets within the Software Change Management process.
- Ensure that all changes are accurately recorded and documented with the required level of quality.

Deviation Handling:

- Detect, escalate, and report any deviations from the expected process.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to support the resolution of issues.

Reporting and Process Improvement:

- Provide regular reporting on software changes and quality assurance activities.
- Define proactive remediation plans and suggest improvements to enhance the Software Change Management process.

Automation of Quality Checks:

- Contribute to the automation of quality assurance checks, streamlining processes and improving efficiency.

**What we expect from you**:
Required Skills and Experience:

- Proficiency with Jira for task management and tracking.
- Strong command of the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to identify, escalate, and resolve issues in a collaborative environment.
- Strong reporting and process improvement capabilities.
