**WHAT TO EXPECT**
As an innovation leader, we look for ambitious, forward thinking, open-minded and well-rounded individuals to join our global team. Located in our Luxembourg office, you will be managing the Supply Chain projects which help improve and optimize supply chain flows, costs and lead times.
- You will be responsible for the project management of supply chain projects that contribute to improving and optimizing supply chain flows, costs and timelines.
- One of your goals will be to gather and analyze data related to the scope of the project.
- This is an exciting opportunity for you because you will be leading a cross-functional Team of Project Participants.
- You will be aligning with other stakeholders involved in the projects: sales, IT, sourcing, customer service, warehouse management and distribution.
**Key responsibilities (to name a few)**:
- You will manage project documentation by creating and maintaining the project plan and monitoring the state of the project.
- You will be responsible for project status reporting: create a professional presentation package to complete a project status report.
- You will take the lead in mapping the Supply Chain Processes.
**ABOUT YOU**
- Strong understanding of Supply Chain Management process end to end.
- Have feeling for business needs.
- Experience with Process mapping and Process standardization and optimization.
- Experience with Project Management.
- University degree in relevant field.
- Experience in Operational Supply Chain function in a manufacturing environment is required.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Team Player.
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, AS400) will be a plus.

- A strong, intellectual curiosity for getting at the underlying story being told within data, find leverage points and synthesize this into a crisp recommendation for specific action with expected impact
- Understand supply chain end to end
- Organization skills, must be able to prioritize tasks in an effective way.
- Solid knowledge about S/400 (or IBM iSeries) based ERP systems will be a plus.
