**Ihre Aufgaben**:
Als Landschaftsarchitekt/in / Stadtplaner/in / Landschaftsplaner/in übernehmen Sie die folgenden Aufgaben:

- **Kundenkontakt und Besuche**: Treffen mit Kunden, um ihre Wünsche und Anforderungen zu verstehen.
- **Maßnahmen vor Ort**: Durchführung von Messungen auf der Baustelle zur Erstellung präziser Planungen.
- **Erstellung von Gestaltungskonzepten für Gärten**: Entwurf von Landschaftsprojekten gemäß den Anforderungen und Wünschen der Kunden.
- **Erstellung von Pflanzplänen und grafischen Darstellungen**: Anfertigung von Pflanzplänen, 3D-Visualisierungen, Fotomontagen und anderen Illustrationen zur Veranschaulichung des Projekts.
- **Verwaltung der administrativen Aufgaben**: Erstellung von Leistungsverzeichnissen, Kostenvoranschlägen, Angeboten und Arbeitsplänen.
- **Vorbereitung und Planung der Baustelle**: Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Bauleiter und den Teamleitern zur Organisation und Planung der Ausführung.
- **Bestellung von Pflanzen und Materialien**: Auswahl der benötigten Pflanzen und Materialien sowie Pflege der Lieferantenbeziehungen.

**Ihr Profil**:

- Sie haben eine Ausbildung im Bereich Landschaftsarchitektur, Stadtplanung oder Landschaftsplanung.
- Sie verfügen über einschlägige Erfahrung im Bereich der Gartengestaltung.
- Sie sind zuverlässig, selbstständig, gut organisiert und dynamisch.
- Teamarbeit und gute Kommunikation sind für Sie selbstverständlich.
- Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Planungssoftware (z. B. AutoCAD, Sketchup, Photoshop) sind von Vorteil.
- Ein Führerschein der Klasse B ist erforderlich.

- **Vertragstyp**: Festanstellung (CDI), 20 oder 40 Stunden pro Woche, je nach Verfügbarkeit.
