**Your role - Are you ready for a challenge?
Your responsibilities will be as follows:

- Perform adequate assessment of the risks linked to the monitoring of new Non-Traditional Assets (“NTA”) being Private Equity, Real Estate or any other alternative assets with limited liquidity and transferability, in order to mitigate Lombard’s financial, operational, legal and reputational risks through:

- Analysis and good understanding of standard private equity deal documentation and agreement is key for this role
- Enhanced assessment of the valuation of existing unquoted investments as well as all relevant risk factors related to that type of investment within an insurance policy as a whole
- Close supervision and coordination of any re-structuring, corporate action on existing positions in unquoted assets.
- Ensure proper documentation and filing of collected and analysed documentation and evidence
- Periodical reporting of the NTA book to Senior Management, control and assessment of large variation in valuation of NTA assets, NTA activity report and NTA aging price analysis

**Your profile - Have you got what it takes to become our Non-Traditional Asset Analyst Monitoring and Reporting?
- Master (Bac +4) in finance, corporate law or business administration;
- 3-5 years’ Private Equity funds administration, Real Estate fund or companies business or Bank Private Equity desk in unquoted companies and private equity funds or audit experience in PE/RE funds or unquoted companies;
- Strong capabilities in analysing financial reports, valuation of unquoted assets, M&A and corporate finance agreements;
- Data management skills for establishing NTA reporting, good knowledge of Excel and Python language would be considered as a good asset;
- A hand on attitude, service driven and solution finder attitude to achieve balanced approach including adequate assessment of the risk for an insurance company being the owner of Non-Traditional Assets
- Strong team player and strong communication skills, motivated to learn
- English Speaker with fluency in French or any other European Language would be considered as an asset.
