**Your Role
More specifically, the role would consist of assistance on the following:

- Proper understanding and due diligence of new unquoted investments until the final target assets held within the investment structure to be acquired by and held by the insurance policies
- Analysis and good understanding of standard private equity deal documentation and agreement is key for this role
- Enhanced assessment of the valuation of the unquoted investments as well as all relevant risk factors related to that investment within an insurance policy as a whole
- Close supervision and coordination of any re-structuring, corporate action on existing positions in unquoted assets.
- Ensure proper documentation and filing of collected and analysed documentation and evidence- Identifying inconsistencies and errors in data, for further analysis and correction and effective upload into the system
- Coordinating with the Business owner, business analyst, developers for aligning on certain business requirements
- Analysing case folders and preparing the data for a clean upload format

**Your Profile
- You are currently studying towards an academic qualification in Finance
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- Flexible, must be able to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Confident, professional approach to dealing with colleagues from different departments
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Familiarity with the common MS Office software is a must
- Fluency in written and verbal English, knowledge of another major European language is a plus
