**_Gcore is looking for an Account manager to join our Sales Team_**

**_ LOCATION: Europe_**

**Your responsibilities**:

- Account Management for Gcore‘s major stakeholder; Wargaming (including):

- **Legal**: Manage & coordinate the signing of Master Agreements with the CEO / P.A.
- **Project Management**: Hardware Resale (Monthly orders exceeding Euro 10k ave.)
- **Client Communication**: Regular Meetings with IT, Procurement (Project statuses, issues, ideas, plans & updates)
- **GCL Internal Teams Communication**: Share customer wishes with the Procurement team, Platform team, etc. (be the advocate for the client and cure pains)
- **Deals Record and Analytics**: Record deals for all products (HubSpot CRM)
- **Marketing**: Latest updates about the products are provided to the client management teams and all interested employees, client is aware of GCL product features (G-Core ‘Academy‘)
- **Support**: Negotiate planned works with the client in order to find the best possible time for both parties following internal instructions (infrastructure Team).

**Requierements**:

- Experienced in the IT/Tech/Telco Industries with focus on any of: Hosting, Cloud, CDN, Video
- Streaming/Media, Colocation & Connectivity.
- Relevant work experience in Sales &/or Account Management in the IT industry
- Solid business development &/or account management experience (2+ years)
- Natural ability to work with internal teams & client, to find what they want, provide solutions and ensure expected deliveries.

**Will be a plus**:

- HubSpot (CRM) & JIRA working experience
- Effective communicator
- Ability to kick-start and develop long term commercial relationships
- Conflict Management & resolution
