**Knowledge and Information officer (H/F) - CDI**
**Votre mission**:
Dans le cadre de votre fonction, vous serez rattaché à notre département Knowledge Management. Vos tâches seront diverses et variées, et vous participerez entre autres, à:
- La gestion de la base de données documentaire interne ;
- Le traitement de l’information (nouvelles législations, modifications, etc.) ;
- La veille juridique ;
- La création de dossiers thématiques et législatifs ;
- L’amélioration des systèmes d’information, des produits documentaires et des outils de communication ;
- La mise à jour et l’amélioration du thésaurus local ;
- La formation des nouveaux arrivants relative à l’utilisation de la base de données ;
- La gestion des newsletters ;
- La mise à jour des procédures et supports utilisateurs.
**Votre profil**:
- Vous possédez une formation en gestion de l’information et/ou en droit ; une première expérience professionnelle, notamment, dans le milieu juridique, constitue un avantage ;
- Vous êtes intéressé(e) par les nouvelles technologies ; une bonne connaissance des outils de gestion documentaire, veilles et autres outils et technologies de l’information constitue un avantage ;
- Vous avez une bonne connaissance des outils informatiques "MS Office" (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, etc.) ;
- Vous maîtrisez parfaitement le français et vous avez une bonne connaissance de l'anglais ;
- Vous êtes curieux et vous voulez apprendre et évoluer ;
- Vous êtes rigoureux, responsable et réactif ;
- Vous disposez d’une capacité d’organisation, d’analyse et de synthèse et savez prendre des initiatives.
