They seek an experience finance professional with alternative fund accounting Infrastructure business line supporting a portfolio of clients.

Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Ensure the client accounting and reporting requirements and deadlines for your team are met
- Act as a technical escalation point on day-to-day accounting queries
- Manage the accounting and reporting deliverables of the more complex parts of the client portfolio
- Provide guidance on accounting deliverables like investor reports, statutory financial statements and periodic management accounts if required
- Supervise the audit process for all clients
- Attend client board meetings where required
- Be supportive and involved in staff training, development and performance assessments
- ACCA or similar qualification strongly preferred
- Approximately 5-7 years of similar alternative fund accounting or Big 4 audit experience is essential with demonstrated team leadership in Luxembourg.
- IFRS and Lux GAAP essential. Any other GAAP’s advantageous
- Leadership experience, delivering a strategic vision and managing teams to deliver; nurturing team, providing continuous feedback and performance management
- Excellent client relationship experience, ensure client service excellence at all times
- Results driven and solution orientated with excellent communication skills
