**Team Leader travaux / déménagement (H/F)**:
**Poste**:
**GH intérim Sàrl** est une société créée et gérée par deux partenaires expérimentés dans le domaine des ressources humaines depuis de nombreuses années.
Les équipes de **GH intérim** sont constituées de personnes passionnées, à votre écoute en français, allemand, anglais, néerlandais, luxembourgeois, etc. et possédant plusieurs années d'expérience dans les RH au Luxembourg.

**GH Interim** recherche des **Team Leader travaux / déménagement (H/F) **pour une société située à Luxembourg.
- Back-up du responsable travaux/déménagement
- Aide à la gestion des techniciens de l’équipe travaux/déménagement
- Participation à la définition des moyens humains et matériels nécessaires à l’exécution des prestations de déménagements et à l’organisation des travaux par les services internes
- Vérification de la qualité de la maintenance, du respect des plannings d’intervention et du confort des résidents
- Représentation de l’équipe travaux/déménagement vis-à-vis de notre client en cas d’absence du responsable de domaine III
- Définition et mise en œuvre des actions d’amélioration organisationnelle et technique de l’équipe travaux/déménagement
- Établissement et/ou validation des demandes d’achat et des stocks stratégiques pour son périmètre
- Gestion des demandes d’intervention relatives à son activité
- Garant de la réalisation et du délai de clôture des remedies relatifs à son activité
- Assistance à la cellule coordination pour toutes les mises à jour des dossiers techniques des sites de notre client.
- Garant du suivi de la sécurité de fonctionnement des équipements et de la continuité de service
- Responsable de la sécurité de son personnel
- Gestion des relations fournisseurs et sous-traitants
- Assiste le responsable du domaine III dans la gestion des services aux occupants de notre client
- Responsable des installations d'un point de vue maintenance et exploitation multi techniques
