**Pour l'un de nos clients basés au Luxembourg**, nous recherchons un **ServiceNow Solution Architect**.

**Responsabilités principales**:
Le ServiceNow Solution Architect:

- Sera responsable de l'architecture globale, de la conception, de la mise en œuvre et de l'intégrité de la plateforme ServiceNow, en garantissant le respect des processus et des engagements métiers.
- Travaillera avec les métiers pour évaluer leurs besoins, définir les processus, identifier les meilleures solutions à implémenter sur la plateforme ServiceNow, définir les exigences de la solution, ainsi que les besoins d'intégration (en tenant compte de la complexité de mise en œuvre et de la maintenance).
- Développera l'architecture globale, les spécifications techniques (cahiers des charges) et les plans de mise en œuvre, tout en accompagnant les équipes du développement à l'exécution de la stratégie.
- Proposera des suggestions d’optimisation en suivant l'évolution des fonctionnalités ServiceNow et en respectant les bonnes pratiques en vigueur.
- Recherchera des solutions innovantes pour améliorer la satisfaction des utilisateurs.
- Assurera la coordination des différents projets pour garantir le bon fonctionnement de la plateforme.
- Fournira des formations continues et du coaching aux équipes internes pour garantir une maintenance et un support efficaces de la plateforme.

**Requirements**:
**Profil recherché**:

- **Expérience**:
- Minimum 10 ans d’expérience en ITSM, dont au moins 5 ans en consultance ServiceNow.
- Expérience avérée en tant que responsable technique pour des projets de mise en œuvre ServiceNow à grande échelle.
- **Compétences techniques**:
- Maîtrise des modules et fonctionnalités ServiceNow:
- Employee Center,
- Service Operation Workspace,
- Asset Management,
- CMDB (y compris Service Mapping et Discovery),
- Platform Analytics,
- Workplace,
- Security Incident.
- Expertise dans l’intégration de ServiceNow avec d'autres plateformes (SAP, CMDB, CISCO DNA, Vcenter).
- Compétences en automatisation (Active Directory, Ansible, Cisco DNA, Vcenter, Microsoft Azure Automation).
- Expérience des clouds publics et de leur intégration avec ServiceNow.
- **Soft skills**:
- Capacité à communiquer efficacement avec des interlocuteurs variés : managers IT et métiers, demandeurs métiers, chefs de projets, experts IT, support IT, administrateurs ServiceNow.
- Esprit d’équipe, leadership et capacité à coordonner plusieurs projets simultanément.
