Role/ Department:
The key responsibilities of the role include:
- Accurate processing and validation of investors’ instructions received via fax (subscriptions, redemptions, switches, transfers free of payment)
- Exceptions’ handling
- Reconciliation of TA shares’ positions
- Resolution of management companies’ and investors’ queries received via mail and phone
- Production and control of daily / monthly / ad-hoc reporting
- Answering to audit report requests
- Production of monthly TA statistics
- Support of other team members, including training and assistance in solving day-to-day issues
- Being point of contact for other TA and fund administration teams as well as senior management
- Participation in and / or leading operational or regulatory projects (on-boarding of new funds, fund events, new fee model implementation, system changes etc.)
- Ensuring the overall client’s satisfaction
Skills/ Qualifications:
- Sound knowledge of Transfer Agency duties ideally in a similar role and of financial markets
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken). French or German is a distinct advantage
- Good understanding of IT system flows and mastering MS Office
- Attention to detail and focus on quality (working with accuracy)
- Ability to work independently in an organized way and take up appropriate responsibility
- Analytical and technical thinking
- Team spirit with a dynamic and flexible approach
- Strong communication skills and presentation skills
