Pour renforcer son équipe au sein du Service des Finances et de la Comptabilité (SFC) pour son unité Comptabilité dans le cadre d’un élargissement et consolidation de ses tâches, l’Université du Luxembourg recrute un support comptable.
**Your role**:
Sous la direction du Team Leader de l’unité Comptabilité au sein du Service Finances et Comptabilité, vous assurerez les tâches comptables, financières et administratives suivantes:
- Vérifier la conformité des documents reçus par rapport aux lois, la TVA et règlements internes en vigueur
- Assurer l’interface entre le Service Finances et Comptabilité (SFC) et les Facultés/Centres Interdisciplinaires, les Services Centraux et les prestataires ou fournisseurs externes
- Traitement des factures dans l’OCR et VIM
- Traitement du courrier interne et postal
- Traitement des rappels fournisseurs
- Tout autre tâche déléguée par le Team Leader de l’unité Comptabilité ou le responsable du SFC
**Your profile**:
- Bachelor ou BTS en comptabilité, ou formation équivalente
- La langue de travail est le français, la maitrise de l’anglais est nécessaire. la connaissance du luxembourgeois et de l’allemand sont un atout
- Bonne aisance rédactionnelle en français et en anglais
- Connaissance des modules FI, VIM et MM de SAP serait grandement appréciée
- Rigueur, précision, aptitude à travailler de manière collaborative en équipe
- Bon esprit d’équipe et de collaboration, capable de travailler de manière proactive et autonome
