**Pictet Trading & Sales** provides direct access to global markets, offering bespoke trading solutions across a wide range of asset classes. Our sales traders, IT specialists, strategists and quant analysts are supported by a full suite of risk and control functions as well as the latest technology capabilities.
- We are looking for a dynamic trainee to join the **Risk & Compliance (EU)’s team.**
- **Start date: ASAP**:
- **Duration: 6 months**:
- **Employment rate: Full time**:
- **Prerequisite : a tripartite internship agreement signed with your school**
**Your role**:
- Conduct regular checks to ensure operations comply with internal and external regulations.
- Assist the team in analyzing and documenting identified risks.
- Participate in the preparation of compliance reports and the updating of internal procedures.
- Contribute to various team projects by providing administrative and analytical support.
**Your profile**:
- Qualifications and experience:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Law, Risk Management, or a related field.
- Knowledge of or strong interest in Risk and Compliance domains.
- Knowledge of or strong interest in European Law and regulatory requirements and practices, particularly in the areas of Market Infrastructure and related topics.
- Ability and facility in the use of IT systems and new technologies.
- Language skills:
- Fluent in French and good command in English.
- Personal qualities:
- Excellent oral and written communication skills;
- Dynamic, curious and open mind;
- Team spirit:
- Discretion, rigour, and organisational skills.
