**Reports to Associate Director - Business Development**
We're currently hiring for a forward-thinking and results-oriented DDQ / RfP Content Co-ordinator for our Business Development team (BD). This role will own, implement and drive the development of our DDQ / RfP content library, take a leading position in responding to the firm's DDQs and assist in developing content for live RfP responses.
This role represents an exciting opportunity for an experienced and creative content specialist who would welcome the challenge of liaising with different departments in a geographically diverse business, compiling and tailoring technical content for RfPs, as well as developing and reviewing due diligence questionnaires.
Our clients are global asset managers focused on alternative asset classes (private equity, infrastructure, real estate and private debt). The content you produce will showcase our services, technology, risk framework and values.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- End-to-end coordination of DDQ responses
- Responsibility for the overall quality of RfP / DDQ content, whilst working to tight deadlines alongside internal stakeholders to deliver quality content for live proposals
- Maintain an open dialogue with internal stakeholders to ensure the ongoing suitability and accuracy of content within libraries, convey updates and maintain an awareness of improvement opportunities
- Ensure language used is in accordance with the Aztec branding standards and consistent to core messages
- Seek methods for improving the look, feel, layout etc. of our standard content libraries, maximising the efficiency of their use for internal stakeholders.
**Skills, knowledge, expertise**:
- Excellent written English and proofreading capabilities
- Knowledge of financial services
- Strong knowledge of finance terminology would be preferable
- Commercial awareness would be preferable
- Excellent project management skills
- Attention to detail and the ability to hold senior stakeholders to account
- Knowledge of Pardot would be preferable
- The ability to work closely and effectively with a diverse group of people to establish and maintain effective and productive working relationships
- Experience in preparing content in a financial services context would be highly advantageous preferable but not essential
- An awareness of how an RfP process operates would be preferable but not essential
We will provide the training, both in house for relevant technical knowledge and also professional qualifications to enhance your professional development. You will need to be quick to learn new systems and great with people, as close working relationships between our colleagues and clients is at the heart of what we do.
