MISSION PRINCIPALE
Rattaché(e) à la Banque Privée Luxembourg, vous êtes en charge d’assurer la réception, le contrôle et la transmission des ordres sur Instruments Financiers, Fonds d’investissements, produits dérivés et produits monétaires reçus de clients Institutionnels habilités.
ACTIVITE
- Traiter les ordres d’investissement émis par les gestionnaires externes afin d’en assurer le suivi jusqu’à leur bonne exécution de sorte à garantir la qualité de service auprès de notre clientèle
- Assurer les contrôles quotidiens des opérations réalisées dans le cadre de l’activité
- Traiter les ordres issus d’instructions permanentes afin d’en assurer la bonne exécution selon les conditions déterminées par nos clients
- Relation clients : apporter une réponse aux différents donneurs d’ordres et intermédiaires internes (CSM / CRM)
- Apporter un support aux clients utilisant des outils de transmission automatique d’ordres via les outils proposés par notre établissement.
- S’assurer de la bonne gestion des risques et de la conformité
PROFIL
- Vous disposez d’un niveau de type Bac+3 à dominante Finance
- Vous disposez de connaissances générales sur les OPC, les marchés financiers et monétaires ainsi que sur les instruments financiers
- Vous bénéficiez d’une expérience de 2 à 5 ans en OPC, Middle Office ou Back Office
- Vous maitrisez le français et l’anglais
- Vous maitrisez les outils informatiques de base (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) ainsi qu’Avaloq
