The Product Owner Telecom Center/DataCenter plays a central role in the development and management of products related to telecommunication infrastructure and data centers. As a key member of the development team, the Product Owner will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to define the product vision, establish the roadmap, and ensure the ongoing succss of the products.
**Key Responsibilities**: Define
Product vision:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand needs and objectives.
- Develop a clear vision aligned with the company's strategic goals.
Develop and prioritize the roadmap:
- Identify and prioritize features based on business value and customer needs.
- Work closely with development teams to plan sprints and deliveries.
Backlog management:
- Maintain a well-organized and prioritized backlog in collaboration with development teams.
- Continuously review and adjust priorities based on market changes and customer feedback.
Stakeholder communication:
- Effectively communicate the product vision, goals, and progress to internal and external stakeholders.
- Collect and incorporate user feedback to continuously improve the product.
Collaboration with development teams:
- Work closely with development teams to ensure the timely delivery of features.
- Address questions and remove obstacles to ensure efficient development.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a Product Owner in an Agile/Scrum environment, with a focus on
- telecommunications or data centers.
- Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent leadership skills with a track record of managing high-performing technical teams.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Innovative mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Must fulfil the requirements to obtain an EU security clearance
**Education**:
- University degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
