Nous recherchons pour notre client un Product Owner expérimenté, avec une solide expérience dans le domaine de la finance, pour rejoindre une équipe dynamique. Vous serez responsable de la rédaction et du suivi des user stories, travaillant en étroite collaboration avec les parties prenantes, et vous assurant de la livraison réussie des projets liés à la finance. Vous jouerez un rôle clé dans le développement et la gestion du cycle de vie des produits, en collaborant avec des équipes transversales et en assurant l'alignement des besoins métiers avec les solutions techniques.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
**Collecte et analyse des besoins**:
Collaborer avec les parties prenantes pour recueillir et documenter les besoins métiers détaillés, en les transformant en user stories claires et exploitables.
**Rédaction des user stories & gestion du backlog**:
Rédiger des user stories bien définies et gérer le backlog produit, en veillant à la priorisation en fonction de la valeur métier et de l'urgence des besoins. Animer les séances de grooming du backlog et de planification des sprints.
**Rôle de Product Owner**:
Être le principal point de contact entre les équipes métiers et techniques, en s'assurant que les besoins sont compris et correctement implémentés. Maintenir une vision stratégique du produit et du roadmap.
**Communication et alignement des parties prenantes**:
Communiquer régulièrement avec les équipes métiers et techniques pour garantir l'alignement des objectifs et le suivi de l'avancement des projets.
Assurer une mise à jour continue des parties prenantes sur l'état d'avancement des projets.
**Expertise domaine financier**:
Utiliser votre expérience dans le secteur de la finance pour comprendre les besoins spécifiques des services financiers, de la banque ou d'autres secteurs connexes, et vous assurer que les solutions proposées respectent les normes et régulations du secteur.
**Méthodologie Agile**:
Travailler au sein d'un environnement Agile, en collaborant avec les équipes Scrum pour définir les objectifs des sprints et soutenir l'exécution des cycles de développement.
**Tests et validation**:
Définir et valider les critères d'acceptation pour chaque user story, en vous assurant que le produit livré répond aux attentes métiers. Participer aux tests d'acceptation utilisateurs (UAT) et veiller au bon déploiement des nouvelles fonctionnalités.

**Qualifications & Compétences**:
**Expérience**:
Minimum 5 ans d'expérience dans un rôle de Business Analyst ou Product Owner, de préférence dans le secteur de la finance (banque, services financiers, paiements, etc.).
**Compétences**:
Expérience avérée dans la rédaction des user stories et la gestion des backlogs produits.
Bonne maîtrise des méthodologies Agile (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
Excellente capacité à analyser et documenter les besoins métiers (ex : exigences fonctionnelles, user stories, spécifications).
Forte capacité de communication pour travailler efficacement avec des équipes techniques et non techniques.
Bonne compréhension des processus financiers, des outils et des régulations en vigueur.
Capacité à prioriser et gérer plusieurs tâches dans un environnement dynamique.
**Compétences supplémentaires (atout)**:
Expérience avec des outils tels que JIRA, Confluence ou similaires pour la gestion du backlog.
**Connaissance des régulations financières (ex**: SEPA, PSD2, SWIFT) est un plus.
Expérience en gestion de projet ou certification Product Owner (ex : CSPO) est un atout.
