Pour compléter nos équipes au Luxembourg, nous recherchons un(e):
**DEPUTY CHIEF COMPLIANCE OFFICER
**Responsabilités**:
Soutien aux membres de l'équipe sur l'ensemble du scope du département (AML, MIFID, MAR, Tax
Compliance, Fraudes, Gouvernance,...);
Rédaction et revue des documents;
Gestion direct de projets réglementaires stratégiques pour le département;
Préparation des documents soumis aux autorités et/ ou communiqués au sein du groupe;
Représentation du département dans certains comités.
**Profil recherché**:
Expérience réussie de plus de 8 ans dans un poste similaire au sein d'une banque;
Diplôme universitaire idéalement spécialisé en droit ou finance;
Maîtrise des outils usuels des services de compliance;
De langue maternelle française avec un excellent niveau d'anglais (ou inversement);
Esprit critique, analytique, éthique, et discrétion.
