**Job Summary**
We are delighted to be assisting a key strategic partner with the recruitment of a Chief Financial Officer for a prominent Fintech company based in Luxembourg. Our client is at the forefront of financial technology, providing innovative solutions that enhance financial services and streamline processes. They are seeking an experienced CFO to lead their financial strategy and operations during a pivotal growth phase.

**Role Summary**:As the Chief Financial Officer, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial health of the organisation, guiding its strategic financial planning, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. Your expertise will be crucial in driving sustainable growth and operational excellence.

**Key Roles**:

- **Financial Strategy Development**: Lead the development and implementation of the financial strategy to support the company’s long-term goals and objectives.
- **Financial Reporting**: Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial reports, ensuring compliance with local and international accounting standards.
- **Risk Management**: Identify and manage financial risks, developing strategies to mitigate potential impacts on the business.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Budgeting and Forecasting**: Manage the annual budgeting process and prepare financial forecasts that align with business strategy and market trends.
- **Cash Flow Management**: Monitor cash flow and liquidity to ensure the financial stability of the organisation, making recommendations for improvements as necessary.

**Stakeholder Engagement**: Collaborate with the executive team and board members to present financial insights and support strategic decision-making.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: €160,000.00 per year
