**Responsibilities**:
- Act as the primary liaison between client IT and business leads, holding weekly touchpoints to align on priorities and progress.
- Be the go-to escalation contact to address critical issues, prioritize actions, and provide focused resolutions.
- Ensure all tickets are resolved on time, service requests are delivered as scheduled, and overall performance metrics are met or exceeded.
- Collaborate with offshore project managers to review team deliverables and maintain alignment with expectations.
- Facilitate communication between users and IT teams to resolve issues effectively and efficiently.
- Support the identification and documentation of specific requirements in the SAP domain when needed.
**Profile**:
- Fluency in French and English to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- A proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
- The ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and ensure satisfaction.
- Experience in coordinating and guiding distributed teams, including offshore resources.
- A solid understanding of SAP systems and related modules to support operational and business requirements.
