The Gen II team is the most experienced and longest tenured team in the private equity fund administration industry, with broad expertise across buyout, funds of funds, real estate, energy, infrastructure, credit, co-investment, hybrid funds, feeder funds, venture capital, retail and managed accounts.
**THE LUXEMBOURG BUSINESS**
Gen II Luxembourg Services offers Private Equity and Real Estate administration services, providing Gen II US clients, and new US and European sponsors with the capability to have a Luxembourg base of operations and trusted partner in Europe.
The business offers a fully customizable service plan for sponsors seeking to establish a Luxembourg-based structure.
**THE ROLE**
This is an exciting opportunity to be involved in the continued growth of Gen II and become a key member of our team further developing the business.
The role sits within the Luxembourg Human Resources Team, reporting to the HR Manager.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Support the human resources admin function with day-to-day activities
- Payroll: prepare information for the external payroll provider
- Project: work closely with project teams to support implementation of the new HRIS including any relevant APIs
- Support benefits management including the company car fleet; lunch vouchers; pension
- Support reporting requests for local and offshore management
- Support the recruitment function: writing and publishing job specs and conducting interviews up to Assistant Manager
- Support the onboarding function including;
- Managing the referral process
- Ensure internal process and procedures are up to date
- Be part of the HR team, responding to enquiries and acting as a first point of escalation
**JOB REQUIREMENTS AND EDUCATION**
- Bachelor degree in human resources or another related business field
- At least 4 years of experience in Human resources related field
- Previous experiences working with Luxembourg labor law
- Fluent in English (verbal/written communication), any other language is considered an asset
- Competency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook, HRIS experience
