Job summary
Would you like an opportunity to travel and work in multiple countries and cultures?
The role will be based in Luxembourg with 20% of time traveling either domestically or to other EMEA countries.
Key job responsibilities
- Lead all construction cost aspects of a pan-EU specialist logistics building program
- Develop a cost management solution for construction projects linked to BIM
- Provide centralised cost management to project teams negotiating change orders
- Organise and lead regular reviews of project risks and opportunities to minimise out-turn cost through Value Engineering and cost avoidance
A day in the life
A day in the life of this role will be meeting with teams to develop and finalise the budget for new projects and then support through the approvals process with benchmarking and negotiation, develop the cost/benefit analysis and then create the road map for implementing the cost management of the live project. You will also work closely with our internal design team and construction managers to deliver best practices and lessons learned into future generations of projects.

We are in the very center of Amazon, working with Customers all over the continent (and beyond). Our vision is to be the industry leaders of cost management of a high speed and large scale logistics program, considering the total cost of construction and launch from end to end.

- Master’s degree in Construction Cost Management or Finance
- Leader in change management and cost tracking
- German, French, Polish, Arabic are considered preferred qualification
