Amazon Logistics seeks an exceptionally bright, self-motivated and customer obsessed Executive Assistant to support two Directors in Supply Chain organization, in our head office in Luxembourg or London.
This role requires strong organizational skills with the ability to complete multiple tasks and projects quickly with little guidance, as well as react with appropriate urgency to situations and events that require quick response or turnaround.

As a community the EAs work together to deliver large scale events and to share workload when priorities demand additional support - commitment to teamwork is essential.
The role can be based in Luxembourg or London office
Key job responsibilities
- Complex calendar management and meeting prioritization
- Manage expense report coordination and submission
- Drive key team activities (staff meeting agendas, all-hands meetings, quarterly onsites/offsites); track and help drive completion of key deliverables and follow up on outstanding items.
- Meticulous document coordination, meeting follow up and preparation, space planning and coordination, new hire on-boarding, team social events, etc
- Proactive project and events coordination and engagement with leadership.
- Track and help drive completion of key actions and follow-up on outstanding items (including meeting preparation and follow-up)
