The Opportunity
As BC Manager you are responsible for the business continuity management. You will update, implement, supervise, test and improve the BCMS together with several business partners, and become the process owner of crisis management. The role is positioned in the Financial Services division. BC Manager will work together with internal and external key stakeholders of all divisions and departments within the Financial Services Organization.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Disaster Recovery Exercise scheduling, in accordance with regulatory and contractual obligations as well as preparation, execution and reporting.
- Business Resumption Exercises, Preparedness of off-site location.
- Identify, Articulate, Manage Risks to DR Programme and Applications.
- Production of Disaster Recovery Plans to industry standards
- Platform Stakeholder Analysis in support of Comms and Crisis Management planning
- Monthly Reporting to Group and supervisory boards
- End to End system mapping and critical asset identification
- Crisis Management Testing, Exercising, Strategic Improvements and Personnel Training
- Business Resumption Planning
- Luxembourg regulators BCM compliance activities
- Provision of evidence as required for audit
- Identify, escalate and manage Security threats to Critical Platforms
- BCM Awareness campaigns
**Profile**:
- At least 2-3 years practical experience in Business Continuity Management or IT Service Continuity Management within Financial Institutions
- ISO 22301 knowledge is mandatory
- Basic knowledge about Luxembourg regulator business continuity requirements and other bank related laws in Luxembourg are appreciated
- Banking knowledge in general, specifically payments-related is an advantage
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Structured and organized, with good interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Proficient in English
