Data Analyst with with HR And/or Finance Data Focus

The **Faculty of Humanities, Education and Social Sciences** (FHSE) brings together expertise from the humanities, linguistics, cognitive sciences, social and educational sciences. People from across 20 disciplines are working within the Faculty. Along with the **disciplinary** approach a very ambitious interdisciplinary research culture has been developed.

The faculty’s research and teaching focuses on **social, economic, political **and** educational** issues with the common goal of contributing to an inclusive, open and resourceful society. The FHSE offers six Bachelor and twenty Master degrees and a doctoral school providing students with the necessary knowledge and high-qualified skills to succeed in their future career.

**Your Role...**:

- Manage, maintain and process data quality control notably on the following data:

- HR forecast data to support the production of HR periodical reports for the Management.
- OTP Data master attributes to allow automatic and clean report.
- External financed project data.
- Cooperate & support for any development with Central Administration for enhancing data quality, unicity, and control.
- Support in the development of quality control and process linked to data management.
- Help in the collection and analysis of data.
- Identify, analyse and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets.
- Support others in the daily use of data system.

**What we expect from you**:

- Higher education degree with a quantitative orientation, statistics, mathematics, information technology or equivalent.
- Experience of 4/ 5 years in an equivalent position.
- Fluent in English and French. German is an asset.
- Excellent analytical skills, being able to compare large data sets, understanding of relational databases construction, structure, and exploitation.
- Problem solving and analytical skills with a high degree of analytical rigour.
- Excellent team player with welcoming and service orientated attitude.
- Enjoy learning by doing and are motivated with a positive attitude.
