**Your next challenge:
Within an Account & Outsourcing management team, you will be in charge of the relationship with BIL entities and Head Office, but also the implementation and further development of outsourcing management with corresponding control and monitoring processes
- Be the privileged representative of the bank's support activities towards the various business lines and subsidiaries of BIL. To be the key contact for the business line, subsidiaries and TO to ensure that the expectations of the business lines are met
- Ensures customer satisfaction (Front Office, national and international subsidiaries, external customers) by guaranteeing the proper execution of the service in the broadest sense of the term in accordance with contractual commitments (structured, centralised and industrialised monitoring of services)
- Monitor and implement, in collaboration with the SLA Manager, the SLAs with the business lines and subsidiaries (national and international)
- Monitor and improve the services invoiced
- Be in charge of the control of outsourcing contracts with regard to the required minimum contract components, e.g. according to Risk; regulator CSSF circular 22-806
- Manage the coordination and review of the risk / materiality analysis of the outsourcing process in the respective departments
- Review the appropriate involvement of control functions in the risk analysis process
- Follow-up the setup and coordination pre-outsourcing analysis activities
- Gather the validation and remarks of key stakeholders
- Maintain an effective interaction and collaboration with counterparts during all lifecycle stages: pre-outsourcing analysis >> contracting >> oversight >> closure
- Get or request guidance from competent board or committee as requested. Implement decisions accordingly
- Maintain regulatory-compliant outsourcing registers
- Be the main contact for all organizational units regarding outsourcing management and control of service providers
- Participate actively in the Third Party Forum
**Your skills:
- Master's Degree (Bac + 4/5) economics, business informatics or comparable education and training
- Accountability towards management and regulator
- Ability to summarize and communicate in a concise manner with other stakeholders, including management, on complex issues and recommend next steps
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Experience on relationship
- An excellent command of written and spoken English & French
- Very good strategic and networked thinking as well as independent and structured way of working
- Confident appearance and strong communication skills
- Curious, with a great analytical and investigative spirit
- Rigorous, goal-oriented and able to work autonomously
- Available and flexible
- Dynamic and display great team spirit
