**Financial Regulatory Lawyer (M/F) - CDI**

The Luxembourg banking and finance team is part of our worldwide network and covers a variety of expertise including syndicated lending, financial regulatory, capital markets, and debt restructuring matters.

Our regulatory team advises banks, investment firms, payment institutions, insurers, fintechs and other regulated entities on a variety of matters including licensing, regulatory M&A (qualifying holding procedures), compliance support, on-site inspections, and general regulatory advice.

**Your missions**:

- Advise clients on a broad range of regulatory compliance matters, including requirements under CRD/CRR, MiFID2, PSD2, EMIR, SFTR, SFDR and AML/CFT regulations.
- Advise on the regulatory approvals required in the context of acquisitions or disposals of regulated entities and prepare the relevant notification files.
- Review and draft policies and procedures.
- Conduct research and draft memos on various regulatory matters.

**Your profile**:

- You have at least 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in the financial sector;
- You are fluent in written and spoken English and you are proficient in French. Additional languages such as German would be a great advantage;
- You have a strong ability to analyse and summarise information, with a strong level of attention to detail;
- You are motivated and autonomous;
- You can communicate effectively and act as a team player;
- You are organised, flexible and able to manage several projects concurrently.
