Description du poste
In this role, your daily activities will involve handling a diverse portfolio of client files, including international and local corporations, private equity houses, real estate investors, financial institutions, and entrepreneurs. Reporting to the Partner overseeing the department, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Assist and advise clients on corporate and / or financial transactions (corporate restructurings, mergers & acquisitions, migrations, joint ventures )
- Draft and review agreements and transactional documents
- Follow-up on client requests and take part in client meetings or conference calls
- Ensure legal monitoring on Corporate / Financial matters and conduct legal researches
- Be part of a team and work in close cooperation with the other team members.
Description du profil
**We seek a Lawyer/Jurist who**:
- Possesses 2 to 5 years of experience in corporate or financial practice areas, preferably in Luxembourg
- Holds a Master's degree or equivalent in law, ideally complemented by a post-graduate degree
- Demonstrates excellent proficiency in both written and spoken French and English. Proficiency in German or Luxembourgish is advantageous
- Takes initiative and is proactive
- Embraces challenges and learning opportunities
- Is a collaborative team player while also capable of working autonomously.
