As a core member of our Corporate Secretarial team, you will be working with some of the industry’s most accomplished professionals to deliver award-winning services for complex fund structures that our clients can depend upon.
**Your Role**:
- Will be assisting the Senior Corporate Officer on all legal and corporate matters for client companies, from company incorporation through to dissolution - in particular, you will assist the team with closing transactions, the preparation of various documents, maintaining statutory records, the good keeping of the company client files - in accordance with agreed deadlines
- Communicate with clients, advisors, lawyers, notaries, other professionals, government institutions and other Citco offices worldwide.
- Servicing periodic board meetings of client companies. You will be involved in preparation of agendas, minute taking and circulation; pursuing matters arising as appropriate.
- Perform statutory responsibilities including filing reports, accounts and any statutory notifications.
- Responsible for filing legal and other documents and maintain Citco’s electronic databases.
- Will be involved in data input and maintenance of client databases.
- Involved in liaising with the various stakeholders to ensure KYC is complete and maintained.
- Ad hoc assignments might be involved.
**About You**:
- Graduate in business and/or corporate law.
- Have at least 2 years relevant experience, preferably in Private Equity/Real Estate asset class administration in a similar role
- Willing to further develop company law knowledge.
- Highly organized and accurate, self-motivated and eager to take ownership of your portfolio of clients.
- Work effectively within a team, as well as, individually.
- Client focused, service-minded and showing a dynamic attitude.Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills - fluent level of English (French / German would definitely be a valuable asset).
