About BTG Pactual
The role
You will be joining an experienced operations team so both teamwork and communication skills will be paramount. You will be responsible for executing the Know Your Customer (KYC) processes, accommodating the Compliance Policies and various applicable regulations while strategically ensuring how to provide the client with a positive, agile and mínimally bureaucratic registration experience.
The Onboarding team for BTG Pactual Group performs registration and KYC routines of behalf of the entities within BTG Pactual Group, strategically contributing to the speed of executions and processes while ensuring regulatory compliance with counterparts in relationships with the BTG Pactual Group.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Analysis of corporate documents, ownership structures and forms
- Identification of ultimate beneficiaries in complex corporate structures
- Registration of BTG Group companies with external counterparts
- Coordination with internal and external clients regarding account opening and maintenance progress and issues
- Controls and alignments regarding process optimizations and project monitoring
- Customer data registration in internal systems
Desired Qualifications & Experience
- High sense of responsibility, profit and cost awareness
- High degree of independence, work motivation, flexibility, diligence, ability of work in a team and assertiveness.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Multilingual Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in Portuguese and English, with intermediate knowledge of Spanish, enabling effective collaboration across diverse teams and regions.
- Global Operations Expertise: Prior experience in global operations for multiple financial products, with a strong emphasis on Credit and Securitization.
- Degree in Economics, Engineering, Law or Administration
- Knowledge in the analysis of corporate documentation and contracts
- Knowledge of financial instruments
- Previous experience of at least 3 years in this area
- Experience with clients
- Knowledge of the system Avaloq is appreciated
