In order to strengthen its Securities Department, we are urgently seeking for our client located in Luxembourg City:
**A Corporate Trust / Issuer Services Manager (M/F)**
**Mission**:
Assistance to issuers throughout the life of a security: issuance, stock exchange listing, securities transactions, general meetings, in particular:
- Managing the operational relationship with the issuer.
- Reviewing the documentation of the security in preparation for its issue or listing on the stock exchange.
- Communicating with the various parties involved, lawyers, clearings, securities depositories, stock exchange.
- Supervise operational tasks: allocation of the ISIN code, accounting for the issue, and the various instructions related to securities transactions, centralization of voting results, documentation in our IT systems.
- Produce statistical reports, KPIs.
**Profile required**:
- Professional experience of a few years (2 years minimum) in the banking or financial field.
- Title of a Bachelor degree minimum
- Dynamic, entrepreneurial, good communication skills
- Excellent presentation skills
**Technical skills**:
- Fluency in French and English
- Knowledge of German or Luxembourgish is an advantage.
**Transversal skills**:
- Have a good team spirit
- Ability to communicate in English with teams (lawyers, clearings, issuer teams, other internal teams)
- Work in a precise and rigorous manner.
- Know how to manage time and respect priorities
- Enjoy serving clients and know how to adapt to different situations (tight timing, special requests, etc.)
- Work within the rules and procedures while minimizing risks
We offer you a 4-month fixed-term contract in a dynamic environment with many opportunities.
