In order to respond to the growing number of projects and to strengthen its teams, assar architects brussels is looking for a project architect with experience in technical coordination and participation in national and international competitions.

**function**:
- to take charge of an architectural project of medium complexity, coordinating all the architectural phases, carrying out sub-projects as the project progresses, paying particular attention to the management of administrative, aesthetic, technical and financial aspects.
- you will be responsible for the operational monitoring of the contract with the client and for managing client relations throughout all phases of the project.
- you will be responsible for the construction and site supervision files.
- you will actively involve team members, ensuring that everyone feels they are contributing to the results and fostering trust by taking ownership of a medium complexity architectural project.
- enthusiastic and passionate, you will actively contribute to the completion of parts of architectural projects, for several projects in parallel and in collaboration with the team.
- depending on the projects in hand and their stage of development, you will be involved in the competition phase at technical level, the preliminary design phase at technical level, the tendering phase and the construction phase.
- you will ensure that projects are properly monitored, draw up project schedules in accordance with the contracts and monitor their profitability profil
**profile**:
- architect or architect-engineer
- at least 10 years' experience
- advanced level in French (written and spoken), fluency in English (and/or Dutch is an asset)
- good knowledge of CAD & BIM-REVIT software is a plus
- a critical mind with the willingness and ability to take the initiative
- experience and taste for teamwork with good project management skills
- pragmatic, rigorous in the technical/administrative follow-up of projects and sites
- excellent technical knowledge
