**Skills and attributes for success**
- Exposure to standard Pega frameworks such as Customer Service (CPM), Next-Best-Action (NBA), Integration with Project management, Know Your Customer (KYC), Smart Dispute/ Smart Adjust, and any other relevant frameworks applicable to the Financial Services industry.
- Sound knowledge on DCO (Direct Capture Objectives), Case Manager Portal and all integration aspects in a standard PRPC environment.
- Good understanding of Pega UI (Omni-Channel UX) development.
- Possess strong experience in delivering projects using Agile methodologies.
- Proven track record of delivering quality deliverables in/ on time and working in a team.
- Good understanding of relational database and hands-on experience in PL/SQL.
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.

**Your key responsibilities**
- Lead a team of 10+ Pega developers
- Solutioning, Building Assets and Accelerators
- Drive Automation and Innovation
- Review technical deliverables as LSA and ensure high quality
- Support business development activities, leading pursuits and developing strong relationships with existing clients and onshore team
- Demonstrate core consulting skills and advanced level of BPM solutions knowledge to support delivery to the clients
- Contribute in development of intellectual capital in your industry of expertise
