**About the Role**:
For our **Ferrero HQs in Luxembourg**, we are currently looking for a **Capacity Optimization Specialist for Industrial Preparations **role who will be part of the Central Raw Materials Supply Chain function.

In this role you will oversee, for a selection of critical preparations, the consolidation of volume requirements vs assets capacity to identify gaps and capex needs required to enhance production capacity.

**Main Responsibilities**:
In the role of Preparations Capacity Optimization, you will have a Global long-term view of semi-finished products overseeing and conducting the volume vs. capacity scenario analysis. In this role you will be responsible for consolidating the industrial volume plans and conducting simulation analysis for the mid-long term.
More in detailed, in this role you will run mid-long-term simulations and scenario analysis comparing volumes requirements vs. preparations capacity based on plants’ input for a selection of critical preparations in the internal and 3PO plants.
Based on the identified needs collaboration with Industrial Development will be required in the business case preparation aimed to identify the capex needs and enhance production capacity.
Direct interaction will be with key stakeholders including Manufacturing Plants, Industrial Development and Area Operation Planning.
Furthermore, you will provide recommendation of production allocations to plants based on defined tradeoffs vs. outsourcing, in order to maximize capacity utilization and intra-plants flows optimization for long term.

**Who we are looking for**:
You will bring your **master's degree in engineering or any Operations / Supply Chain** (e.g. Industrial, or Mechanical Engineering) related field., and **6-9 years of experience in Operations** with a relevant **direct exposure to a manufacturing environment **(e.g., production facility) gained in **F&B companies.**

On top of this, key to your success will be your **strong understanding of Manufacturing Processes in the food industry.**

You have **deep knowledge of MS Office (Excel in particular).**

Your **ability to gain an understanding of business processes and to identify risks/opportunities** is fundamental in this role.

Last but not least, you are **self-motivated, proactive, goal oriented,** with **strong problem-solving **skills.
