I am seeking a Senior Internal Auditor to join an internationally listed group with more than 290 000 employees. The core businesses include well-known consumer brands and various B2B businesses in Europe, South America, and Asia.
You will be part of the European Audit Team based in London and Luxembourg. As a Senior Internal Auditor, you will undertake a variety of operational and financial audits in a team-player role.
**Responsibilities**:
Conduct a variety of operational and financial audits in a team-player role;
Undertake tasks including data analysis (Excel), process investigation, and documentation;
Follow instructions independently and document audit work effectively, meeting deadlines;
Use a reasonable risk and internal controls knowledge base;
Deal professionally and effectively with client staff;
Provide objective analysis and commercially viable and pragmatic recommendations to management.
**Minimum qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in accounting, financial management;
Between 3-4 years of experience as a Financial Auditor;
Strong interpersonal skills, ambition, and a confident manner;
Proactive, exhibits a 'can-do' attitude, always striving to develop, and starts taking on more responsibility and complexity;
Remains professional at all times;
Contributes to establishing a team environment within the department;
Fluent in English.
**Preferred qualifications**:
Certification such as ACA, ACCA, and CFA is appreciated.
Foreign language fluency in French, Italian, German, Russian, or Spanish;
Good knowledge of Oracle ERP, Navision ERP, and Amdocs systems knowledge.
